By facilitating clear communication regarding driver location and order details between drivers and dispatchers, the app aims to simplify the logistics of pharmacy deliveries.
In accordance with state guidelines, licensed delivery-only pharmacies are required to monitor and record the geographical locations of their delivery drivers, obtain and retain customer photo identification upon delivery, and maintain comprehensive logs for each successful and unsuccessful delivery. The Canlinq app offers a user-friendly interface that allows team members to efficiently meet these requirements.
Moreover, the app provides access to order details, driver stock information, and essential contact information for both customers and distribution hubs. This functionality is designed to alleviate the workload of delivery drivers, enabling them to focus on their primary responsibilities.
Developed in-house by Canlinq's IT and engineering teams, this application is exclusively available to delivery staff members with active corporate email accounts. It is important to note that the app does not facilitate the sale or promotion of products.
